  Overall experience at Acura was fantastic. Our initial conversation started over the Internet, where I e-met Matthew Heims. Matt introduced me to Shannon Krest, Internet Sales Manager who was my main point of contact. Shannon allowed me to test drive the vehicle and gave me a run down of all the options the car had and add-ons I could include if I wanted something more on the car . Once I decided to move forward with my purchase, Rachael Finkelstein of Sales assist Shannon on her day off... I'd like to note Rachael was very helpful as well. During the final stages leading up to the "paper process" we couldn't come to an agreement on terms and price so I was introduced to Robert Farnsworth, General Manager. He assured he'd do everything he could to get me the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying. Post the paper work process Paul, Finance Manager went OVER and BEYOND for the best rate to close the deal. Overall: Acura North Scottsdale gets an "A-" for all y'all done for me... PS: Had to take points off because Rachael never called back before I finished my sale with any answers to my open questions.

  I didn’t end up getting a car (went with Volvo). However the service was impeccable. The team was not pushy at all. Rachel Finkelstein was wonderful and knew her stuff! She was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and excited about the product.

  My service advisor Summer was nothing less than fantastic throughout the diagnosis and repair. She kept me updated as things progressed. This was a great experience which is typical at this dealership. #thanksmuch.

  Was never a fan of the "dealership experience," but Acura North Scottsdale was a major exception. I am an educated consumer and acutely aware of the games that are often played. No games here, just excellent customer service and respect. From my buying experience with salesperson Michael Shwarz to the paper signing to the service department everyone was honest, up front, and attentive. I will only buy/lease my cars from Acura North Scottsdale and look forward to my next transaction. They form relationships you can value.

  I took my 2015 Acura RDX to Acura North Scottsdale for Service and then Penske Rapid Repair for window tinting and a premium detail. My car still looked great after a few years, but everyone at Acura and Penske made it look brand new again and even better with the window tint! I want to give a shout out to Acura North Scottsdale and my Service Consultant - Steffen Squitieri, Service Valets CJ and Kyle, Penske Rapid Repair's GM - John Blackwell, Jim Loose and Brecken Hulse. Thank you to everyone else involved with my service, window tint and detail. I have been getting all of my Honda and Acura cars with Penske since I moved here 20 years ago and have always had the best professional service and experiences with the company and people having high standards and great integrity for everything. Thank you!

  J.D. the service advisor was awesome! I had an emergency situation and he got me into a rental car and completed the work on my car in a timely manner so I could return home to California! Thanks to the entire Acura team for a great experience!

  Acura North Scottsdale is the best dealership I've worked with. Bought a several TLs from them and have always been very satisfied. They make buying a car a pleasure - no pressure, always pleasant and do everything they can to make your experience the best. A special thanks to Jordan, Charles and Brian for putting me in a beautiful new TL. It rides like a charm! I love it!

  Sold me a water damaged car that needed a whole new transmission within a month. The shopping experience was good, but not the product. What's more I think they knew. I came back a couple days later to thank my salesman, and the manager greeted me very defensively. I didn't know anything was amiss yet so I was baffled. Made sense later though.

  Rachel is a star! No pressure, honest, knowledgeable, efficient, accessible, and all the other GOOD things you would NEVER say about a car salesperson!!
