  Audi Financial services does not return calls from their clients. The invoice for payments do not come in the mail. They try to force you to pay by phone or online. They charge late fees after repeatedly calling and asking for the bill that never gets sent. The car is fine but the lack of service through Audi Financial makes me wish I’d bought a Kia. The financing company sucks beyond belief.

  Anyone who deals with Audi Financial should have their head examined. They are a nameless, faceless organization that truly does not care about you. I bought out the lease on my vehicle more than two years ago. All was good for several months Then they called me up to harass me for additional amounts they claim I owed them, sending me to a collections agency and threatening my credit. I demonstrated several times that I never owed them anything. After a lengthy battle, they finally agreed that I didn't owe them anything a few months ago. But then in the past couple of weeks, I started getting calls that I owed them late fees on the money they were never entitled to in the first place. I have called several times and spent hours on hold with no satisfaction. I don't generally post reviews, but this is out of hand.

  Audi is horrible. They do not help clients when a dealer lies. They will reply to DM them and then play games. Avoid Audi & Audi of Calabasas especially Doug and the General manager. Entire Audi are just liars and all they want is American money with no support

  Absolute worst experience I have had with a "highline" finance leg. I wasted more than 10 hours of phone time over the course of a month to handle something a toddler could've handle same day. I purchased 7 Audi's every single one of which i financed through Audi Financial. I will never do business with them again after this experience. Always had great experiences with the dealer I bought the cars from, if you're going to buy an Audi, finance with a different lender. What a joke.

  The sad thing about this review is the people you really want to see this, won't. So for any of you looking at financing your AUDI or VW, ( same company) through this company DON'T!!!! You will be sorry down the road or if there is any problem where you need to speak to a rep. FORGET IT!!! YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR MINIMUM 30 minutes!!!!AND---- try and get an actual payoff if you are at a dealer!!!!! The Audi or VW dealer can pull your payoff, but they will not write a contract unless payoff is in PRINT!!! So, if you want to trade in a car or purchase another one, you are at the MERCY of an understaffed, unprofessional ( probably a work from home) customer service person, who, AFTER WAITING UNGODLY AMOUNTS OF TIME, then says she has to submit your request to the payoff dept who will fax info in 20 min to hour!! I can understand this a little on New Years Eve at 3 pm in a car dealer.....but 2 days after on the weekend and it's NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone.......PEOPLE DO BUY CARS ON WEEKEND !!! The car was great, but AUDI FINANCIAL SERVICES was the WORST finance company we EVER dealt with.

  I leased a new Audi back in May, the experience was great at the dealership as is the vehicle I leased, however, AFS has been a total headache & nightmare. I can’t never get a hold of anyone...they always have high call volumes and just hang up, no other options are given over the phone & The operator menu options are useless if what your trying to do is talk to anyone. Avoid yourself the stress and hassle and DO NOT, I repeat...DO NOT!! lease an Audi vehicle.

  Worst financial institution in the car business. We paid off a lease over a year ago and it’s still showing in our credit report. Called and called and they said they sent it to the credit bureau. The credit bureaus say they have not. I now have filed complaints with the Attorney General! Steer clear of these folks.

  I used Audi Financial several times for several great cars. I just terminated my lease and the representative was awesome. Great customer service and they had a pragmatic solution to my situation. If I get another Audi I would use them again. Allen

  Trust me I know people are having a hard time with them but I have not had honestly one hard experience especially my recent call. Now I will say the wait times are ridiculous and I had to wait 30 minutes plus but when I got on the phone with a woman name is Stella she was very kind and very helpful! I totaled my car and needed to make a payment over 30 days Since the accident and she was able to help me with the right next step

  No one picks up the phone and their website doesn’t work ..... all day long, no matter when you call. All I need is to setup automatic payment for my new car purchase, message says ...... “we are responding to people impacted by Covid 19.... “ Hospitals in my area are more responsive.....who are actually responding to people impacted by Covid 19. I think they are cutting costs. Will refinance and get out of there.
