  Will not be going back. Went in for AC issues. Was told it was going to be over$3000 for repairs. Had a shop that specializes in AC work look at it and compare to the estimate from Maguire. They found multiple line items on Maguire estimate that were not necessary or needed. Saved $2000 going elsewhere.

  Kyle Reynolds was a great help! He has sold me my last three cars and as long as he stays at Maguire's, this is where I will continue to buy! He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions I had. Love my Rav4!

  I'm not a car person but as far as I can tell they do a fine job, and they have never treated me with condescension as a woman, which matters a lot. (I may not be a car person, but I'm plenty smart, thanks.) Scheduling is easy online. Somebody always answers their phone. I used their transport service once and it was fine.

  Very little stress to getting a vehicle that was within my price range. Super excited i get to drive of the lot with a new/used vehicle. I definitely needed a working safe vehiclefor my family and they worked really hard around my bad credit.

  Eric Curren who work in the service department at Ithaca Audi has been nothing but wonderful to me. I haven't had any issues with Ithaca Audi. I feel that when I call to make an appointment for my Audi they get me in as soon as they can. They offer me a loaner car so that I'm still able to get to work and take care of my daily business. I feel they do a great job at making me feel valued and appreciated. I'm always greeted with a happy smile and I love that they know me by name. They're friendly and very professional. Nice people too. I'm very pleased. =.)

  I had a great experience bradleyet Arianne's Bradley was our sales person he is absolutely wonderful I would highly recommend mcguire to everyone Bread kept us up-to-date with getting our trucking and was there to show us everything he should get employee of the month

  One of the best overall experiences with a dealer. I’ve owned a number of high-end luxury cars over the last 15 years or so, and I don’t think I have ever been more pleased with a dealership in that time. I brought my Audi in for service- they were able to book my appointment sooner than anywhere else in a several hundred-mile radius. The staff were all polite and friendly. The facility was bright, clean and well-equipped. Special props to Theo M. for his consummate professionalism and expertise in managing my repair and keeping me abreast of the status as it progressed. Shout out to Jackie O. for taking the time to chat new Audis with me, making me feel welcome and appreciated without feeling pressured or at all uncomfortable. She even checked on my repair status to give me a real-time update. Even though I live 250ish miles away, I enjoyed my time in Ithaca so much, I will definitely be back, whether it’s for service or a new car. This team has earned my business and my recommendations! Also noteworthy: the service was done well, car was washed, wifi worked, business centre had computers in it, everyone had a smile on their face and was friendly/acknowledging, prices of new cars and parts were very good.

  Awful service. Dropped off the vehicle on Thursday, was told it would be done Friday. Was finally done on Wednesday almost a week later! That’s a very long time to go without a rental car. I was told that they put the part on wrong!!! When I called and when I picked the car up the guy helping me was very disrespectful. Then to top it off, the check engine light was on when I picked it up! Unbelievable.

  Class act place. Extremely patient staff. My saleswoman, Jackie O'Connor was beyond phenomenal. On the day I went to pick up my car, I changed my mind on the car I wanted, her response was, "no problem, you get what you want". i drove off with my new ride a short time later. She followed up with me after the sale to make sure I was happy. Can't thank her enough for all the little things she did, and always with a smile. She was upfront from beginning to end. Definitely going back next time I need a car.

  Very unhappy, went in for a recall check. 1000 miles on the new vehicle. They proceeded to wash the sides with a brush and totally scratched the clear coat.
