  I just purchased my first home, and it wouldn't have happened without Brendan and his incredible team. He helped me to figure out the financing so that I could afford my dream home, he pushed the closing through incredibly fast, and he always answered all of my panicky phone calls :) I am incredibly grateful for their commitment to excellent customer service and for the kindness and flexibility they showed me throughout the stressful process.   Brendan was SUPER helpful and responsive! He worked really hard to help us get our house, took our calls and texts promptly and around the clock. Brendan also worked with our realtor to help put together a strategy to help us get a great house for a good price in an INTENSELY competitive neighborhood/price range. With Brendan's help, we got our offer accepted on our dream house after less than 3 weeks of looking!   Brendan knew the listing agent on my transaction. He promised the realtor that he would close the transaction within 30 days of the offer being accepted which allowed me to compete against cash offers. I was a first time home buyer and my offer was accepted in spite of being 60k lower than the highest offer. He closed my deal in exactly 31 days.

  I was desperate to close on a house in Ithaca but was told by all the professionals I was working with that it may take more than 60 to 90 days to close.This would mean renting something or doing B&B when my new job started until closing.   Brendan asked me to write this review for him and I must say I am really happy to write it. He saved my house! Here’s the story. I actually never even thought about buying a house before but I saw a post from a realtor I am friends with on Facebook about home ownership being easier than people think-so I asked them about it. They referred me to this lender that was in their office they said was great and I got pre approved for a USDA loan with no money down. I was super excited that I would be able to own a home. I spent months researching, driving around looking at houses, and eventually got an offer accepted. I paid for an inspection and an appraisal and gave this horrible mortgage company documents for over 2 months until finally they declined my loan because of some nonsense I still don’t understand. I was totally devastated, then by some miracle I got Brendan’s number from a friend at work and he tells me he can get my house closed in 2 weeks. My realtor and my attorney both tell me that’s impossible and honestly I doubted what he was saying but as a Hail Mary I gave the guy a shot. I will say it actually took 18 days before he closed the deal, not 2 weeks and the seller was going crazy the whole time, but I’m in the house now! Wish I had found him in the first place! Hope This helps you Brendan I can’t thank you enough!

  I have to say that Movement Mortgage was the best thing to happen to me and my Family. We were getting the run around with one company, So I sought help.from Mr Burns and it was the best thing ever. We closed in about 23 days and we were in our new home on my birthday July 2nd 2017. Now that's a birthday Present!
