  The reason I am giving a two-star; one is for my original sales representative and one for the owner. The three lost stars are because of Auburn VW’s rude and dismissive service department. I wish the owner could teach them the value of customer service, because it shouldn’t end once you own your VW. I have had nothing but poor customer service every time I bring my vehicle in for maintainence. I wish it were just me, but my husband witnessed the rude behavior my last service and my teenager witnessed it yesterday. There are too many other complaints about the service department, however, the same employees continue to be there rude and dismissive as ever. Where’s the leadership to make sure the customer is treated well for their entire VW experience. I would think Auburn VW would like returning customer?

  I had been shopping for a used Subaru Impreza throughout the Seattle area for awhile and decided to test drive one they had in stock over another dealer one morning because of Auburn VW's great reviews. I found myself driving the car off the lot that same morning, and I can definitely say they deserve the great reviews that got me there! The car was as advertised, and even better than I was expecting. Jack the salesman was wonderful to work with and there was no pressure at all. Although Subaru is not the make they primarily sell, he was able to answer all of our questions or quickly find one if he wasn't 100% positive. The purchase process was quick and easy and couldn't have gone smoother. Jonathan dealt with all of the finance side for us. He worked directly with our bank to come up with multiple options to finance the car and even made a suggestion that worked more in my favor than I had originally planned. While all this was going on, my car had been washed and they even topped off my tank! These guys are AWESOME! Thank you Auburn VW!

  Had a great experience today at Auburn Volkswagen with Jack Dorn. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up purchasing a new car today and I'm excited to recommend my friends and family to visit Jack, he'll get you a great deal and even better service.

  Inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned car, went in on a Saturday, and ended up walking away with a leased new* car! If you guys go in I would recommend you asking for Austin. He is very genuine and got us through the process as painless as possible. I had a car to trade in and he worked with me to give me the best rate for the trade in, especially because I was upside down on it... All in all, I could tell he was very sympathetic, and truly cared about my situation, and was hopeful that he could help me out. He provided great recommendations and got me out of the dealership in as little as 3 hours. Hands down the fastest and easiest, most satisfying car buying experience I've ever encountered. Walked away feeling very confident in my new '19 Jetta!! Thank you Austin!

  Excellent experience at this dealership. Jaden helped us and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We told him what we wanted, and he made sure to show us options within those parameters. No crazy upsells or messing around. This has been the best car buying experience I have had to date. I love my new Jetta! I highly recommend Jaden and Auburn VW. We will be back the next time we are looking to buy.

  Dwight and Brandon are great. I visited probably 15 dealerships throughout my car search; this place is refreshing. No games. No salesy stuff. I got an incredible deal on an immaculate car. They’ve done a good job differentiating themselves without gimmicks; just authentic guys with quality inventory at a discount. Good job guys!

  I purchased a 2012 Jetta TDI w/ Premium on 9/1/2012 from Auburn VW (after about 3 months of research) and had a wonderful experience! The entire team of people there worked to help me get the car I wanted at a price that fit my budget. My Sales Consultant Spencer was professional and informative, never pushy. Bill, the Finance Manager, and his team worked for nearly an hour to get my the best possible loan option for me. They even gave me a great price for my trade-in! And, Loren the Customer Service Manager was thorough in getting me prepped to drive the vehicle (Bluetooth/media setup, features and functions of the car, maintenance schedule, etc.). I could not be happier with the service I received from Auburn Volkswagen and I absolutely love my Jetta TDI. I would suggest anyone in the Seattle area in the market for a VW head on over to Auburn Volkswagen--you'll get outstanding service and the car you want. They're great!

  What a great experience! I was torn between the GTI and Golf, and Dwight Gibson was so patient and very helpful in going over all of the options I could have with each car. He was great about describing all of the little highlights that VW puts in the cars, and that I would have never noticed when shopping between different brands. Dwight helped me get the exact Golf that I wanted. I will recommend this dealership to anyone, and will return again for my next car!

  I recently had a poor experience with this group. I felt very disrespected and devalued. I live a reasonable distance from the dealer and asked to work a deal via phone for a purchase sales agreement I made a reasonable offer of what my bank was willing to loan on the vehicle, I recieved this as a response. Our vehicles are priced to sell. Our prices are very competitive and we don't mark up our vehicles. This vehicle was very well taken care of. Also doing business with us you become a part of family and not just another sale. If you have reasonable offer xxxx we'd take a look at it and workout a deal. Their car had been on the lot for 24 days and over loan value but 2000 dollars. Is this how you treat family? I wanted a fair deal and felt like I was treated very poorly when I offered one. Will never do business with this dealership.

  We worked with Brian Campbell and had a wonderful time. He was very informative and up front. Great experience all around. We came in with a trade in and they worked with us to get what we wanted. We definitely will be coming back in the future.
