  Would give no stars if I could. Bank tellers all seem to have their heads stuck up their a**es. Act like they are better than everyone. Took away my 90 year old grandmother's debit card because she had my mom and uncle helping pay her bills and get money from atm for her. Told my grandma that they were steeling her money. Wouldn't believe her when she told them they would give her the money they took out. Made her cry more than once on the phone by making her feel like she doesn't know what she is talking about. Come on people men and women her age know how to balance a check book. Took away her checks also. They make her have to leave the house every payday now to get money from her account so she can pay her bills.

  This credit union pretty much sucks and is only good for getting a loan. Their atms are useless, you can't deposit- only if you go into the building during business hours can you make a deposit. They don't do branch sharing either so you can't go to another credit union or another bank if you're out of town to make any withdrawals or deposits. The customer service at their north location (neshannock) is absolutely horrible, always getting dirty looks like you're not welcome there. Their downtown branch has much better customer service. Would not recommend though.

  I had money taken out of my account to pay my ins. Anyway it was taken out on the wrong day so the ins. Company made 2 attempts to get payment but G.N.C. Federal Credit Union charged my account 4 times at 30 bucks each time. I talked to a lady at the credit union and even she said I was over charged by 2 times. However she didnt have the athority to fix their mistake. This at most should be only charged 2 times or 60 dollars but their mistake cost me 120. Dollars. Then when Im in thrir trying to talk to the teller about this another teller who was suppose to be helping another custemer was mumbeling about my situation and I kindly told her it was difficult for me to explain to my teller when she was doing that. Anyway I recomend you find a different place to put your money. Also this is not a safe location. Its a well known location for people dealing crack. Next door from here has been robbed more than once. I know when I cash in myinvestment that I been adding to for the past 15 years every mo. I will then find a safer location to keep my funds. Be wize. Be safe. And dont be robbed. Its bad enough when a person gets robbed on the street but when your bank or credit union do it that is real bad. I was told I can sign something and maybe get my money back that they overcharged and Im about to do just that. But its upseting I habe to take time to do that when even the one teller admitted I was overcharged. If I dont get my money back channel 11 news I was told helps people who are ripped off.   I have been with GNC for 4 5 years I never had a problem until my Overdraft protection was thrown out by the Computer in Nov '20 well thanks to the clerks my fess were returned Ty well I recently have 2 more $30 fees which would have never happened to my account that was charged $3 monthly fee been handled correctly so I dropped off a letter with no response after talking to a clerk who made me feel real low about writing a check with no money in my account in fact I should have filed a complaint the way she talked to me customer service was horrible..i'm still due$60 refund and never got an answer to my letter

  I'm Only giving it a 1 because there is NO ZERO!!!! The Staff is VERY RUDE, VERY!!! I'm Sorry I'M THE CUSTOMER!!!! They don't feel they need to explain anything in person, and Please don't call in, because if you have to much of an issue, they WILL Hang Up....They all seem to have that New Castle sense of Entitlement working at a Credit Union....I've Closed My Accounts, and Will NEVER Go Back or Recommend them to Anyone....Very Disappointing to be a "Home Town" business

  Some staff is rude, some are nice , but the atm runs out a lot, and it's an inconvenient hours to have access to our funds not happy banking here

  Ben with GNC over19 yrs and have no complaints at all. Staff is awesome and they treat you like family when you go in. Never an issue with anyone being rude and the staff is always willing to help with any issue you might have dealing with your account or any other concerns you may have.

  THIS CREDIT UNION CURRENTLY HAS ONLY TWO LOCATIONS "they may have plans for that THIRD"...BUT YOU COULD NOT FIND A HAPPIER BUNCH OF DEAR LADIES...WHO DO THEIR ***BEST***TO ASSIST THE CREDIT UNION'S CLIENTS WITH EVERY POSSIBLE FINANCIAL ... WHAT-NOT THEY MAY HAVE TO DEAL WITH...DAY AFTER DAY...WITH HEARTS OF COMPASSION...ALL THE WHILE THE SMILES OF UNDERSTANDING AND JOY COME ON BY ... OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR TWO. AND BECOME A FULL PART OUR FAMILY... YOU WILL BE WELCOMED!!!
