      Failed to close on time as the Title Company was not prepared. Poor communication. Not sure what they did to earn their money as I as still getting utility bills. The final bills should have all built in as part of the final closing cost and documents.

      Atlas Title of SWFL INC. Gave my wife and i a clean title to move in to our OLD BRIDGE VILLAGE retirement home, only to find out when trying to sell property there was an outstanding lee county permit that was never signed off for a new electrical panel installed in 03-2014, we moved in in august of 2014 . should never happen to anyone buying a home in old bridge village. we are going thru hell trying to rectify your lack of your dillegence. After speaking to the attorney at Atlas Title Company it was explained to me that there was no error on their part but rather on the previous Owner whose responsibility it was to have the Permit signed off on. I apologize for any harm that my previous post may have caused,it was not my intent.Once again i apologize
