  Had a horrible experience with this dealership. Took almost 15 minutes before a salesperson came out and talked to us, and then he seemed aggravated that he had to do so. Went on a test drive and car started smoking from under the hood. While we were waiting for a tow, he told me that they prey on people with bad credit because they know they can't get anything better. Who says that?! I had heard bad things about them ripping people off and stealing things from their vehicles, but decided to give them a chance anyways because I need transportation. Never again. Run as fast as you can from this place!

  Well "Mike Jones" we're going to have to call shenanigans on this one, or you are reviewing the wrong dealership. This just didn't happen. Why would a salesperson say something so negative about the company they work for to a prospective client? They wouldn't. Fake review here people.   Matt was awesome and super accommodating! We told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and what we could afford and he made it happen. Definitely recommend him if you’re in the market for a car 😊

  their so called warranty is a joke... had my vehicle in numerous times under warranty because it had no heat, only to be told by their so called service person that there was nothing wrong. When I took it to an actual mechanic I was told that they had added BARS-LEAK to my antifreeze because my heater-core had a hole in it. Funny that they couldn't see that while my so called warranty was still in effect. I wouldn't recommend them for any reason. Their vehicles are way over priced, they have no problem screwing you with their loan interest, and as I mentioned, their warranty and service department is a joke.

  My daughter LaJordin purchased a car 4 months later in the shop with major repair. She was told she has to purchase 4 tires from them because she if financing through them, and they can do what they want with there car. She purchased the car with 4 different tires and now its a problem. But she has to pay the bill. I don't think so. At this time we are hiring an attorney for fraudulent practices. I will be contacting BBB as well. They tried to hustle her on several occasions. Its been a nightmare. By the way, Chris the service manger and Dwight the owner are relatives in cahoots together against the customer. They are playing good boy, bad boy.

  Bought a Van from them and they have done nothing but showed they care about their customers. So many people complain about buy here pay here. Atlas is not anything like a normal car lot. Top notch service!

  I had a very good experience and got a nice car for a very nice place. My boyfriend Deante Hogan was the one who got the car. My sales person was Matt. He was very polite and helped a lot. I recommend Atlas to everyone.

  Purchased a nice car. Office staff is very nice no issues what so ever. I was advised up front of the car needing breaks and rotors and that the muffler had a hole in it. The price of the car was great and the issues have been fixed with no hassle. From the previous posts sounds like some people just want something handed to them.
