  Been with yal since my dad opened an account for me when I was 7. I'm now 29. On hold for 30+ minutes is not a good look. At least allow the opportunity to hold the spot for a call back or to leave a message? The app is cool, but those other features for calling in should be standard as well to run with the big boys.

  I've been with Fort Knox Federal Credit Union for over 20 years. They changed to Abound and I've had nothing but trouble! You have to use their new app, but can't use the new app because it won't recognize your password. I changed it 3 times and it still wouldn't let me access my accounts! I was on hold for over 2 hours when I called and was then kicked to voicemail. Not happy at all!!!

  GinaBelle, your concern and frustration is certainly heard. We launched our enhanced digital banking on August 11. Hours later, we experienced unforeseen issues, even after weeks of testing and troubleshooting. With that said, our call volume sky rocketed and our call center then clogged up, causing issues for Members attempting to call in. We want to help you. Our Member Resource Team will be in touch with the number provided in our system. We will work through this together!

  I have been a member Abound /Ft Knox Credit Union since 1974, when I arrived at Ft Knox. I have experienced many of the issues expressed by others. We worked thru it every time. I have been a member of several other financial institutions in and around the area. I won't fuss much because the "growing " problems here at Abound. Everyone, everybody, and everything has situations that happen. Keep up the good work.

  The customer service at this location is great. Donnie took care of my requests quickly and with enthusiasm. Hajar is equally awesome and really made the loan process a piece of cake. Good people, okay bank.

  there is no customer service on the weekends! so if you forget your password or get locked out on your app or the website! my info is not wrong!! so i cant access my account until monday! they are a bank they should have 247 customer service!!!! im switching banks asap.. nothing but problems!

We've noted your recommendation and sent it up the chain. We do want to help ensure you're able to log in now. However, without your first and last name it is difficult for us to locate you in our system and call you.   The worst credit union I have ever been with. The service is horrible there is always an issue. They randomly block your credit cards you're constantly on the phone with them they're online system is slow and outdated. They take forever to update your account and their communication sucks. Worst credit union ever!

  I have been trying to access my account..mobile banking has locked me out due to not recognizing my info..I have been trying to call..last week nothing but busy signal..sent 2 emails one last week and 1 today..I'm outta State..12 hours away..today when you call the number it says number dialed is not in service..what is going on??? I just want to check my account!!!! Geesh

  Nancy, thanks for letting us know what is going on. We made enhancements to our Online & Mobile Banking, which as caused higher than normal call volume inside our Call Center. This has resulted in the long wait times on the phone. However, we are working toward a solution with every single Member.   They try rip you off on interest and sneak in insurance on your loan. Watch out for this Loan Institution I doubt they will be in business long.

  Worst experience ever The branches do not list their individual phone numbers on their website. They WILL not respond to online secure messages. They only have an 800 number, and you will Spend hours on hold. It’s hard work to get any help with this bank! Skip it!
