  It's only fair to share the good. I needed documentation of deposits made for 6 months. Brittany from the drive-thru went above and beyond printing these out for me it was much more work than I ever expected. Much appreciated.

  Terrible location. Drive through is incredibly poor shuts down Lanes right at closing time with people lined up around the building. Today I come by and they're closed for inclement weather when there is absolutely nothing on the roads. Even the schools would be open today, if we had any that were open.

  The Banking app is great... Card controls and mobile deposit works great. Very friendly associates at this bank in Cburg.

  Horrible customer service. Manager Lauren doesn't care at all about business clients. Moving my personal and business accounts to NBB come first thing next week. NBB knows how to treat people right!!

  Never use their online banking to deposit a check. First time I used it, it deposited the check 2 times. Therefore taking the money out of the other account twice. The second time I used the online deposit, the check took over a week to deposit so I went into the local bank & told them what was going on, they told me nothing other than to call the 1 800 number and customer service is 0/10.

  I've banked here for many years but I wouldn't highly recommend it!!
