      Atlantic Motorcar has the friendliest, most efficient and honest staff I've ever had experience with at a car maintenance place. They were a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job replacing the water pump and doing general maintenance on my VW Golf Wagon. I was impressed with their professional service and will be back again when I have any car maintenance or purchasing needs in the future. Thank You.

      It is always a pleasure to have car serviced at Atlantic Motorcar. Bruce and his front desk staff are professional, the service staff thoroughly explain what needs to be done, and a courtesy car is available if repairs will take awhile. If waiting, the area is very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I have had for over five years.

      Bruce and his crew have always taken care of my classic Mercedes in a most professional fashion. The premises are clean and orderly. My impression of all of their work is that it is meticulous and top quality. Their work is not inexpensive, but if you want it done correctly instead of cheaply, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

      I will say the work done at Atlantic Motorcar is top notch. everything was fixed and they were very knowledgeable about my BMW and other German vehicles. That being said, I do believe that if you are not carful they will try to fix anything and everything even if it isn't broken. Not the place you want to go to if you have an actual budget. In fact I had my brake system flushed under their recommendations which was fine. I then had my next service 2 months later because I drive a lot. They charged me another couple hundred dollars to do the exact same service again. I just didn't notice it at the time until I went to sell the car and was reviewing the service history. It was nicely hidden within the $3600 service total. They will push things on you that you don't need, and it will cost you dearly. As one of the other reviews stated, they will insist on doing something, whether or not you agree or desire it. Sometimes we all have a budget and offering a credit card as a solution to pay for a single $3,600 service is not the answer. Again your car will be pampered to no end, but its not a place for the middle class to get service done at. The BMW dealership will cost you much less.

      Atlantic provided a clear explanation of all required work and then completed it in a timely manner at the estimated cost. Bruce took additional time to explain that the tires on our Mini Cooper would need to be replaced shortly and reviewed all options and associated costs for doing so. I like the professional, business-like way Atlantic provides service to customers.

      I just had my first experience with Atlantic Motors. I was looking for a local place to detail my wife’s vehicle for her birthday. Sales manager Dave told me it’s not something they usually do other than for the cars they prepare for sale. However, by the time we chatted about cars he asked when I’d like to schedule the detailing. Steve did an incredible job even taking out some scratches I couldn’t get out at home. Even better, the cost was less than the estimate. All the other good folks I came in contact with greeted me a smile. The facilities are clean and well kept. I will be back!

      I can't say enough good things about Atlantic Motorcar. I have a BMW X1 which had a Valve cover gasket leak and a few other issues found later on. I just want to give a detailed review of my experience with AMC. I was originally going to take it to the Dealer which was closer. A good friend of mine told me where he takes his Mercedes and spoke very highly of AMC however they are over an hour away so I was hesitant at first but I decided to make the call. So I did on a friday. Was greeted by a very friendly service advisor who listened to the issues I was having and knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me a proper run down of how things will go. Dropped the BMW off on a monday to one of the cleanest shops I've ever been too, inside and out. Very nice lounge, even a room with access to computers if you need to get a few things done, was even offered some beverages coffee, tea, water, etc. Was there for about an hour wait and was then welcomed out to my car on a lift and greeted by one of their Techs who was very nice and very thorough in explaining what they found. They went over everything and found a few other issues they could address. Everything they found wrong was prioritized and there was no pressure at all if I wanted to take care of other issues at a later time. I asked if they could just take care of everything. Soon after I was given prices on everything that needed to be done that was well below the dealership service pricing as well as a warranty on all their work which gave me a great piece of mind as few shops offer long term support. To my surprise I was given a very clean loaner car at no extra cost. I originally planed to arrange for a ride so this saved me a lot. My car was completed in 3 days. Would have probably been done sooner but a few parts needed to be ordered. Picked up my car on a thursday. They even gave it a nice wash and vaccum. I went over all the work done and everything was done professionally. A few days after I received emails and a personal text from the owner asking if everything was running good. That's looking after your customers. I like to wait out a few days before responding to see if the work performed holds up. I think its safe to say I found a new home for my BMW. If your looking for great service especially when it comes to European cars, please give Atlantic Motorcar a ring before you take it to your local dealership. You will be pleasantly surprised. AMC if your seeing this please give my warm personal thanks to your staff.

      A previously diagnosis by another service provider indicated that a particular component had failed and the repair would be $XXX. Atlantic Motorcar investigated and found the issue was related but not as severe nor as expensive. My Mini-Cooper was ready in less than 24 hours at 1/3 the previous service provider's quoted price. Foreign manufactured automobiles require specially trained technicians and particular diagnostic tools. Don't take your car to a service provider who might be guessing at what the problem is and how to fix it. Although I am appreciative of the Atlantic Motorcar parts and labor guarantee, I am more appreciative of a service provider that knows what they are doing and gets it done right the first time.

      Thomas, yes, unfortunately we see that all too often with some shops, folks are "over sold" on needed repairs, because their previous shop didn't know how to diagnose correctly and just took the "shotgun" approach.
