  When I lived in Bath as a teenager I hated this place because they were rude to me. As an adult I thought, "Maybe I was too harsh." No. I was not too harsh. The tellers themselves are generally amiable but the people who control the office will make your life as difficult as possible. Ask for a credit card statement? Get an undated printout of transactions that supposedly happened with no dates or total balance due. I pursued this bank for months for a statement so I could pay off the card and never received it. Never again. Nothing could ever persuade me to do business here again.

  Open the lobby!! A lot of members go to the bank on Saturday please open the lobby back up, it's getting old....can't use the pandemic as an excuse anymore.. thanks

  My son deposited a bank check I had given him from Bath Savings and they put a 5 day hold on it. They will release some money in two days, but he cannot pay his bills without all of it. Bath Savings is also in Bath. All they had to do is contact them. They check is good. They won't. One of the bills is a loan with them. They better not charge my son more. I don't recommend Midcoast for banking.

  I have been using this credit union since 2014 and they have been pretty good until today. I had a credit card threw them it got turned off until i got it paid up. Which I did now I have to reapply for new one?? What the hell?? Been calling two days to talk to a human about my account. You call any of thdir numbers and its a answering service... WHY ISNT THERE EVER A PERSO.N TO TALK TO...GRRR

  I did not get a good rate on a loan to begin with. Now I'm unable to pay the person shipping my car to me because my withdrawl limit is $500 and I'm $200 short! Hopefully they do not show up tonight because I am blocked from my funds. I will not continue my banking here.

  Went through them for banking since i was in elementary school when my school opened accounts have had no trouble ive done a 500$ personal loan very low apr and i just took out a auto loan for over 10,000 and the apr is in the upper 5% i would say it is fair would like a lower apr but ive been told what i have is good

  Proud to put my 5 star rating back on Midcoast. They went through a real rough transition when we lost people to retirement and hired new people but they actually listened to all us long time customers and made it a home town credit union again. Congrats.
