  Stephen, Lindsey and Gracie were so helpful for my Husband and I. We have a busy life and they very overly accommodating for us and made the whole process of buying our first home smooth and simple!   Six stars! My experience with Alcova began with a referral to work with a VHDA approved lender and I am so grateful I found Cheryl Pigg to work with! She made the loan process easy, educational and I never had any doubts her and her team were working with my best interest in mind. And while they have a convenient location downtown, all of my documents were available electronically for review and action in real time.I feel like it’s a rare thing these days to find a person and agency that is really in your corner personally and financially - Cheryl was definitely a rock star imo. Thank you!

  The ALCOVA Legacy Team went above and beyond for me during my loan process. This team saved me when Veteran's United dropped the ball on my loan. As a first time home buyer, I was having a lot of anxiety; but when I switched my loan to Alcova...this team communicated so well with me and eased all my anxieties! I am SO thankful for them!   I wish Alcova Mortgage would sell my loan they have been the hardest company to work with I am telling you refinancing with them was my biggest mistake and I pray I will not be with them long as it takes to purchase my home. I am even considering selling my home to get far away from doing business with this company. DO NOT like them at all, from the beginning to the end . I made a HUGE mistake
