  I would not recommend working with Tim Kerley Ive sent over all my information to see what we would get approved for and for some reason the underwriter couldn’t read some of my pay stubs/w2 and I sent all my info over within the same day and still no answer! Its been right around a month since I sent everything over the first time and he hasn’t emailed or called me back and its been over 2 weeks my credit report already shows that they ran it and the last place I used had my final number within a day!
