  Living 200 miles from where we were buying was no problem as all of the up-front paper work and application process was handled online through secure document upload sites, electronic signatures and phone calls. Only the final closing had to be handled in person. Clear instructions and help was always available when we had questions. I have experienced both a home purchase and a refinance with Atlantic Bay and would welcome the opportunity to work with them again.

  Please be careful using this company as my mortgage was immediately transferred to another company. I didn't even pay my first payment! Ridiculous!

  Do not recommend this place at all. Had a horrible experience with them, wouldn’t answer phone calls, couldn’t get a solid plan with them. Felt very unwelcome here!
