  Kathryn Polk is amazing. After a terrible experience with a “seasoned” banker went awry, Kathryn swooped in and saved the day. She is upfront and blows no smoke. She eased my mind about the process of refinancing when I was anxious and assisted me wonderfully though the entire process. She worked tirelessly the entire time. She was caring and compassionate and took us under her wing and made refinancing a wonderful experience. I will contact her for all future real estate purchases in the future. Don’t go to someone else, go see Kathryn Polk at Atlantic Bay, and she will be sure to show you the way.
