  I was on the seller side of a transaction and was misled by their representative through my realtor about the status of the buyer's request. I was asked on two separate issues during the process to assist them. I went out of my way to provide what they needed within 24 hours only to have 6 weeks pass a receive a denial of the loan on the day of closing.! Completely unprofessional.

  Stephen and his team are the best! My husband and I built our first home (closed in June 2018) and the entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Stephen, Barbara, Jennifer and Nicole were all so easy to work with. Being first time buyers, we had A LOT of questions and they were always able to answer them and never made us feel like we were bothering them. We closed on our contract close date and couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to use Atlantic Bay.

  Had trouble with Lender with not getting appraisal done in time and they do not look over their documents before sending to the customer . Someone should not have to wait till last minute to have things done . I would not recommend
