  We recently walked into this bank for the first time needing a loan to purchase a vehicle. That day we met Matt and we are so happy we did. Matt is amazing and helped us get the loan we needed. We were so comfortable with him it’s like we have known him for years. We had some good laughs and walked out so happy !! Thank You so very much Matt for all that you did you are awesome 😊😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Beautiful Customer service there …I came in to refinance my Loan and a Gentleman loan office name Matt in the Myrtle Beach Office help me and got the loan I wanted ! …He was super in the customer service department and heard my wants . Now I bank with them . ! With a TShirt for joint the bank !

  I went into this bank and opened up a savings account a checking account last week with my daughter. I decided to take the bulk of my finances and move them from Wells Fargo bank to Anderson Brothers today. When I get to the bank I was made extremely uncomfortable through very impolite and disrespectful service. Perhaps because the banker didn't see such a large amount of money on a regular basis it's necessary to make a client feel uncomfortable and that he doesn't belong. This bank does not treat you like family they treat you like you're some kind of criminal I would definitely not go to this bank. Perhaps they just run people off who have extra money in their account to collect on the interest at Anderson Brothers. I highly recommend not using this bank very poor service and discourteous people

  I had a very unpleasant experience in this bank. I brought in a large sum via a cashiers check and was treated very poorly, as if I were some person who couldn't have this much money to deposit at such a bank. Today I was called by the branch manager and she interrupted me while I was explaining what happened. She literally stopped my while I was talking without letting me finish and intentionally tried to upset me and was successful at doing so. I have already closed both my savings account and checking out, so why do they keep calling me and bothering me and insulting me? I would heavily recommend staying away from this very poor bank. There is no class here and trust me these people do not treat you like family.

  Ms. Nikki is an amazing loan officer. She helped with my car loan and personal loan. She works around the clock for her clients. Ms Nikki shows great appreciation towards her job and clients.. If you're looking for a bank with great customer service make your way down to Anderson Brothers Bank in North Myrtle Beach. I promise you won't be disappointed. I sincerely thank Ms. Nikki & Anderson Brothers Bank for being awesome.

  Couldn't be more disappointed with a bank. Even had an auto loan and paid it off with them. They don't take the time to try and discuss any concerns you may have. It seems their technology is a step behind. Couldn't be more frustrated. Customer service is lacking to say the least. Lastly, I dont feel the customer should have to pay for the lack of technology.

  Their online account sign up is a waste of time. I had to go through the process twice , providing my license and SSN plus a phone call to the bank and my account still didn't get set up.
