  They are very nice and professional. I was amazed at the response when I couldn't make the original payment date. They understood and gave me an extension. All I needed to do was to let them know what was happening. I would most definitely refer people to the Mableton location. They know their responsibility as a loan company but they also show compassion as well. Thank you Atlanta Title Loan of Mableton, GA.

  I would recommend this title loan to anyone tryning to pawn there title. The process was very fast & simple. Great customer service very friendly atmosphere. The female assistant that helped me out did a wonderful job explaining the title loan process to me. If you would like to pawn you title please go to Atlanta title loan on veterans memorial.

  Was a long time customer and payments have always been on time. I usually just pawn my title no longer than a week because a bill might come up before I get paid so I ask them could you just hold my title. Usually it's ok but not this time, they sent off my title that I came back to get 3 days later, sent it off to put a lien on it that didn't exist anymore, and I had to wait over 30 days to get my title back. Now I go to Georgia Auto Pawn where they keep their word like I do and I'm treated like a long time customer. It might be a little more expensive but that's ok because I'm willing to pay for the great service and understanding.

  My car was repossessed and they are playing games with not sending the release to adesa where my car is currently. They sent my car there refuse to fax release to the correct fax number and are very rude. She hung up on me said I was no longer a customer and wasn’t helping me.

  This place is for the poor and desperate customers. My experience was horrible. Easy money, BAD BAD BAD contract. THIS PLACE CHARGES 304.17% annually ( on contract it states annually is 30 days, but then it also states annually is YEARLY) but none the less.... over charged me 40% interest the FIRST MONTH instead of the 25% by law and per my contract.. When I went to pay my loan off they charged me more interest than the quoted 30 day payout period???? HMMMMMM Here is the GA law on title lawns: Ga law states no title loan company can charge more than 25% monthly (300% annually a.k.a (12x25 =300) FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS and 12.5% each month after that AFTER 3 MONTHS (150% annually a.k.a 12x12.5% = 150) totally 187.5% annually. So in short only 187.5% annually (12 months). THIS PLACE CHARGES 304.17% annually ( on contract it states annually is 30 days, but then it also states annually is YEARLY) but none the less.... over charged me 40% interest the FIRST MONTH instead of the 25% by law and per my contract.. Didn't return ANY of my calls. READ ALL OF YOUR PAPERWORK FIRST. Do your research on title loan companies because the process is the same, cash is fast, some just have interest as low as 50% annually. NOT 304.17% monthly like this company. I will be calling the US Attorneys Generals Office to see if there are others like myself who maybe complaining about this loan company breaking the law. I just want my money they owe me for over charging me
