  I have never heard of title loans until today. The customer service I received from here was beyond anything that words can explain. She was very helpful in many ways i cant even explain. She was very polite and can relate. I would Highly recommend if anyone that is looking for the best customer service experience in the time of need ,This title loan location would be the Perfect location. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of what it would take to get a loan as well with a great sense of humor. I didn't spend much time in here as well. Which made the experience fast and accurate.

  I have been going here because times do get hard. Conseulla has always helped me & she is such a great person. She is very professional, caring, & great with people. If she isn't there when I need to pay my bill, I will be honest I call back just to speak to her because she is just so jolly & happy on the phone & I am sure she isn't the only customer that feels this way. I love when I can go somewhere & the person knows my name. She is definitely an asset to Atlanta Title Loans. They definitely need more employees like Consuella working there.

  I have never been a fan of Title Loans so I already had my chip on my shoulder going in. Consuella Ray helped me and was just as pleasant as she can be. Her level of customer service is rare to find. She made the process so easy and stress free.

  I must say this review is long over due. I visited Atlanta Title Loan in Marietta last year and just recently closed out my loan last week. I know you may say that is an extended period of time, but to understand my back story it wasn't one time I used them. Consuella the Office Manager is absolutely amazing as it relates to customer service. She handles herself very professional as well as knowledgeable I came there initially not knowing what to expect. Of course I feel on hard times and needed additional funds to keep my life going. The process was easy and straight to the point. Consuella is very relatable and gives you more than enough information and time when it comes to settling your account. If everyone embraced her level of professionalism and customer service, the industry of finance would not be so intimidating. If you are ever in a bind and need extra cash I would highly recommend Atlanta Title Loan in Marietta, GA. Ask for Consuella she is absolutely amazing! .

  Concuella the manager here was absolutely phenomenal. Extremely transparent and open about everything and I can't stop thinking on how much I appreciate the customer service here. If you are in need ever of a title pawn this is the place to do it.
