  I’ve been working james since 2012. He was lending when other wouldn’t. He is still lending. As an investor I hate collecting a bunch of docs. With this company I don’t need much and now that I’ve done so many deals I need even less. The best part about apl is they will fund the things others won’t. I own a mortgage company and I broker hard money loans to a lot of investors. I still use james for all my personal investment deals! Working on a new one as I type this review.

  Been dealing with Atlanta Private Lending for the past 4years and i must say they have saved me from loosing my mind and my money, James and his team are extreme professionals and would go above and beyond to make sure my business is taken care of. I’ve been a real estate investor for over 20 years and have done countless numbers of transactions. Atlanta private lending met every deadline with absolutely no surprises.
