      Wavecable is a joke. I lost my email account several days ago. I’ve called Customer Service for the past 4 days and waited on the phone over a hour each call. Finally I spoke to a man named John and he didn’t know how to help me. He took my information gave me a ticket number and was told someone would take care of it. I gave him a new password and I still can’t get into my emails. It keeps reading Error 403. I need my emails! I just sat on the phone again over a hour and I hung up. Horrible customer service.

      I have satellite internet and during winter storms I can’t reach the dish to remove snow. So I now also have WAVE internet. Why? I wanted to purchase a streaming service and not deal with trying to climb on my roof.

      We canceled our tv due to exorbitant fees and lack of channels. I drove 52 miles round trip to drop their boxes off and it’s 1:41pm during business hours and NO ONE is here nor is there a sign on the door. They have no weekend or evening ours and their office is way odd the beaten path for skagit area folks. I shouldn’t be surprised. This sums up our experiences with wave. Horrible.

      I recently came in to get a replacement Remote Controller. Staff were busy, courteous and effecient. Would have given 5 stars but the batteries they sent along with the new remote were absolutely dead. I wasted a bit of time before figuring this out! Please don't send people away with Dead Batteries! It's a small thing but it matters.

      I love the women who work in the La Conner office. They are friendly and funny, kind and honest. They take the time to ensure my broadband needs are met. This is the one bill I always try to pay in person, just so I can see these women once a month.

      Cancelled cable service in late February. Was not told that I have to drive to Laconner to return cable boxes that way they can continue to charge you the full service. It is now mid March.Because one of their people did not do their job I now have a $300.00 plus bill. Thanks to the out sourced job lady. This is just B.S.!!!!!.

      After discounting our services TEMPORARILY ny $49.95, we were still charged $59.95... but that was only BEFORE the usage charges of $157.97. That made our total charges $228.27 for one month. When I tried to contact them to get ahold of customer retention, I had to wait over a half hour to get ahold of anyone. Yeah, we got another service provider.

      Returned my wave equipment to the La Conner store- they did not put it on our account, and now we are being charged over $100 for the equipment!! Called customer service- now they say they can't provide customer service on a closed account- but how can my account be closed if I 'owe' $100!!??

      constant outages, at least 1 or 2 a month running from 3-18 hours sometimes all 24 and beyond (and for some reason it happens right when im trying get work done) when i call in to ask whats going on i get no more than a " sorry how else can I help you today?" its sad that there is no other option (i dont consider comcast an option) but hey ill give one more star, at least my service is working enough to write this review.....
