  Clark & Associates always take care of my buyers and provide excellent home inspections! Ken Clark really takes his time with the home buyers to ensure that they are comfortable with and understand the inspection report of their potential home. I highly recommend Clark & Associates =)

  I wish I could give this company zero stars. This company did an inspection on my home and the guy missed a tone of stuff. When I finally caught the issues he said things like "people make mistakes" and "we'll the owner must have covered it up." When I finally forced him to go through his insurance he lied and did everything in his power to avoid responsibility. My suggestion to all home buyers, especially if you don't know a whole lot like me, do not go with this company. Spend the extra money and get a good inspector. This inspector is going to cost me and my wife at least 15,000 dollars in missed damages.

  Please consider using another company. Use someone who won't miss things in your home inspection. You are essentially responsible for any missed damages, so find someone who will find them before they cost you thousands.

  Very well detailed home inspection, Mr. Clark explained e every detail of the inspection and gave advice on what needed to be corrected.
