  McGowin-King is excellent! helped me out tremendously in purchasing a new home. Coleman Gorham was my mortgage originator during purchase. Coleman was always one step ahead and on top of every thing needed during aquiring purchase. stayed one step ahead prepared for underwriting. so that if anything was needed, he had prepared it before hand. considering during COVID was one of the craziest times to purchase. purchase was made very simple and easy on behalf of mcgowin-king. Coleman and everyone there were absolutely the best to do buisness with!! Never hesitated to ask them questions (alot) and were always answered fully and explained thoroughly. they are the best!!
