  Highly recommended! Mike knows this business inside and out, and will take care of you. He was professional, had our loan ready two weeks before closing. He advocated for us, and communicated with all the others involved in our home selling/buying. He kept us in the loop, and explained everything very clearly. He was easy to reach by phone and email and always returned calls promptly. We were extremely happy with Mike and Assurance Financial.

  If you want a lender that truly cares about his clients, Mike Killmeyer is your guy! He will look at my clients full situation and find a product or service that will benefit the client always. He also is very honest and will not tell the client what they want to hear, he tells them what they need to hear.   Kim Mcaleb was absolutely fantastic! She was always available for us at any time/day and bent over backwards to help us in anyway she could. She was a large part of why we were able to lockdown the house we loved when there were three offers the sellers were considering.
