  Christian was great during the buying of my home five years ago, but now that I have a insurance claim for hail damage on my roof, the insurance sent money for roof six months ago but Assurance Financial has only released a small portion of the money. Assurance Financial refused to send any more money unless I do the work on roof but I don't have it and that's why you carry homeowners insurance. Stay away from this company because I have begged them to send enough money to at least pay roofers for materials before my home is ruined.

  Barbara is a great communicator! She kept us informed of every step. When we had questions she thoroughly explained and never showed impatience when explaining even when our questions ended up happening at 9pm or on the weekends. Barbara is very kind,caring and encouraging. She made us feel like we had been friends with her our whole life!
