  When we need a little financial help the staff at Covington are always ready to help. We have used Covington since 2017 when we needed some help financing our wedding and Covington came through for us. Since then we’ve started our own family and Covington has been with us through it all the staff know us by name they always ask how we’ve been when we come through the doors even if it’s been a year or 2 since the last time we needed them. They’ve always been amazing to us and we will continue to use them for our financing needs.

  Kelsey Brand at the florence branch of covington credit was very polite and very professional. She completed the paperwork to refinance my loan and got more money than i was expecting. Whenever i talk to any of the women in the office, they are always professional and seem eager to help.
