  I have been a member of associated healthcare credit union for over 10 years and have never had a late payment. I was notified by a rude women of a late payment of $35. Due to an error on their behalf of my payments being taken from the wrong account information twice I had to resubmit my bank information and was told it would be 7 to 10 business days before I could resubmit a payment. The women on the phone was so rude and inappropriate and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Have been a member for over 6 years and my wife and were looking to buy our first home and this process was nothing but a head ache. Our mortgage person dropped the ball COMPLETELY and flat out lied. She said she didn't know we were getting an inspection and never fully ran our credit to ensure we were qualified for a loan and this house and found out AFTER the inspection and agreement was already signed so we had to back out. So we are now out of a house and $600. We closed all accounts and will never be dealing with them again! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

  I am so thankful for having a credit union close to work and home! Whether it is a car loan...wedding loan....or other personal financial assistance, Kathy has always been just wonderful to work with! I use the drive through frequently as well. Delmae and Jan are always courteous and helpful. I wouldn't leave because I feel like I have a relationship with some great people!!!! Thank you Associated Healthcare CU!

  My family has been long time members at AHCU and started me at AHCU with my very first account when I was in highschool and I have never gotten a different account at any other bank or credit union! Their staff is incredible and makes you feel like you’ve known them all your life, and they help you to solve any questions you have. I tend to ask some silly questions, but they assure you that your questions are valid and they will always help you the best they can. I also am a personal fan of the app they have on iPhone because it makes transferring money to and from accounts so easy! I genuinely wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

  People there are always smiling and happy to see you. Even 5 minutes before closing time, my mistake, I thought I had another half hour. And then they told me to take some popcorn too. Friendliest bunch of people work there..

  I couldn’t be more happier with AHCU.Not only did it save us money but also had save us in many ways in our lives.Their customer service is so warm, friendly and ready to help.Kathy S is very knowledgeable of offering us loan options of little interest rates.Great job AHCU!We appreciate your staff and we appreciate your service!

  This is the free credit union I banked at it was a great experience my employers told me about associated healthcare credit union and it has been a great banking with them.
