Tt1So I did business with these people in 2010. My credit is actually good but I did stop paying them when I became disabled and had no income for a long time. Now they have been on my credit report for over 11 years. What they did was falsify records. This is not a joke people. They have in writing I had my last loan a day after I had major hip replacement surgery. I'm done playing around this will be major law suit against them. And as another review pointed out you pay your loan on time you never get it paid off. Do not go to them believe me there are better options for you than them. You don't want bad credit so just stay away. I'll post more after I sue them.

Kacie Pillar1We have NEVER had any communication from this place EVER saying we had any account with them or monies owed. This morning a man served my 14 year old daughter law suit papers! WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR YOU TO GIVE US THE CHANCE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS! SEE YOU IN COURT

Jake Dickinson1Laws are laws! The only way these SCAMMERS do what there supposed is if their told by a judge.

Braden Terry1This place is a complete scam and just hope that you don't owe any money to them. They are %100 percent scam artists especially the owner. They never want to work with you and if they sue you, you will show up to court, they won't and will still charge you. They should be held accountable for their actions. Abunch of crooks and liars. They also know that stimulus checks are coming out and are using it against people to pay off there loans. the company needs a lecture on how to treat people.

Jessica Fuqua1Such a shady business. On the initial paperwork that I received from this business, they said if I disputed the claim to respond via writing - and I did. I hand wrote an explanation as to why I thought the debt was invalid and then I received no further correspondence from them until I got a letter from the courts. They claimed they served me (which they clearly did not, as I was shocked when I got papers from the courts saying that a judgment had been made because I failed to appear). I called multiple times to try and figure out what happened. Now, I know they gutter served me. A year, a wage garnishment and a bank lien (which almost left us homeless) later and I am currently talking to a lawyer to try and recoup my losses from this company that wants to go behind the laws and squeeze out as much money as they can from people. My original "debt" was $65... and I've paid well over $800 now to these people. Its ridiculous and predatory.

Maria Vachal1We had a bill for $1500. I have been paying every month for 5 years and when I talked to them this week and asked what the balance was it was still over $1500. How do you pay $50 a month and it is still the same??? This means I have paid over $4000. They said they would audit the account and call me. Never got a call back from them. They are CROOKS stealing money from us.

Qiana Mills1These people work with Phoenix financial in Spokane, WA. I was in a shady car contract with Phoenix financial and they put my account into "collections" with these people. They tried to sue me and lost the case. These people will try to intimidate and scare you into settling out of court. Stand your ground and read up on the law with collections agencies. Try to get a lawyer if you have to deal with them.

Virginia Whisman3They will work with you if they can. But they seem to leave the office on fridays early A LOT. I was told they close at 4 on Friday and I just called @ 3:15 and they are closed. This sucks cause I work crazy hrs these days and have a hard time remembering to call in this payment. Now I have to try on Tuesday hope I remember or they call me.
