  They get 1star for not being open on Saturday when they promote being open until 4 PM!!

  Have had a account with them for over 10 years and never any hitches. Very easy process and very convient branch locations.

  So unprofessional and very impersonal. I have several issues with this bank and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone regardless of their income level.
