      Had to close out three accounts due to new living location. Customer rep who was doing the work was extremely rude and lied about closing one of the accounts when asked if she did multiple times. Unacceptable. Doubt I'll ever be coming back to Associated Bank if given the chance. Only reason for two stars and not one was because we called back to verify the accounts were closed and a new rep said it was not but she was sorry and closed it for us.

      Such a great group of people to work with. Brian, the president always has his clients best interest at heart and he is just as helpful to the smaller clients as he is to more profitable ones. I would recommend this bank to any of my friends and family members.
