  SCFCU is an amazing credit union! The entire staff at all the Florence branches are very courteous, professional, and helpful (especially Veronica Blue, Monica, Barbara Merrill, & Emali)!! They always offer INCREDIBLE customer service, treat my family and I like their own family and take care of our financial needs! They are all great assets to SCFCU!!!

  It’s always a pleasure doing business with SCFCU on Irby st. No matter when you go in your greeted with warm smiles and willing to help with whatever your issue is, they always make you feel that you’re the most important person and whatever your problem is they’re willing to help you resolve it, I’ve never been made to feel that I’m a burden or a problem, that’s saying a lot this day and time! Twana and Stephanie are never too busy to speak and thank you for your business! I always come out feeling better than I did before I went in! Thank you to all the employees I appreciate you and the way you keep small business feeling alive!

  I had the opportunity to meet several of the employees from the Irby Street location at a local event and I was so impressed with their ability to connect to the public. They were so friendly and very energetic. I look forward to doing business with them! They spark joy!

  Awesome experience. Phenomenal customer service. Service was personalized and not in the least bit intimidating like I’d worried it’d be. My rep was AWESOME and bent over backwards (metaphorically) to help me. Love being a member of such a great credit union.

  The SCFCU staff is the best i've ever encountered in banking especially Veronica Blue, Barbara Merrill, Emali, and Monica (true assets to the company)!!! They are very professional and passionate about their job and members!
