  When I was looking for my first home I knew genuinely nothing. I have never rented or owned property before. I had discovered Scott and his team through Zillow and could not have been more happy with their assistance. Scott was always on time to any meetings, always responded quickly to any inquiries I had, acted on follow up questions with the condo association, and provided expertise in a way that made sense to me.   Tim Madden has sold 3 of our apartment buildings and we are now in the process of buying a home through Tim. Tim goes above and beyond to ensure the listing property is what it says it is.   i called to inquire about a house and a man answered and was ery rude to me ,He replied it was under contract I said and what does that mean,I honestly didnt know, he was rude and acted as if my money didnt matter .neer will again use this real estate people..kinda sad
