  Lavonne was absolutely FANTABULOUS in every respect, EVERY time!!! Having been in Customer Relations myself for over 40 years, I can say without hesitation that every person I have worked with at Aspire/Prairie Credit Union has been simply TOP NOTCH!!!   My husband, daughter & I moved to minot almost 5 years ago. Are first stop was at the credit union to plant our feet. The employees are the best. They are our friends. They have went above & beyond to help our family with all our financial needs and to make us feel welcomed! Thank you for all you do for us! 😊, Laurie Elwell

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They act like they care but in really they don't. If you apply for a loan be prepared for a NO because they don't care if your more than able to pay it off, they only care if you have any thing else out and if you do your screwed. Even if it's for a vehicle and you have 100% payment history. They don't care how bad someone needs help even if it's a very serous medical issue that needs to be done ASAP. They want a story and you give it but honestly goes in one ear and out the other... I will NOT recommend them to anyone.. ever.. I will inform people that they really don't care about, even if you are more then able to pay back.. even a small loan.. I will turn people around.. so what they advertised is all a lie..

  Charged $3.00 atm fee. I am from a credi union in MN and they belong to Money Pass and they told me I should not have been charged.

  Hey Patricia! Thank you for leaving a review. We do not refund all ATM Fees, but we do belong to the Money Pass Network, a network of ATMs that will not charge your Aspire Card with a fee. There are 16 of these ATMs in Minot, and 8 of them are on broadway. (You can find the full map here: https://www.moneypass.com/atm-locator.html?search=58701).   All the staff is amazing and there are no fees for anything. The online banking ng is also a huge plus.
