  I opened an account here and only had it a week! The lady, Nicole, at the front entrance (THAT SHOULD GREET AND HELP) was rude, the lady I opened my account with was rude, and I closed my account after 2 bad visits. This credit union was the worst I have ever been to. I emailed corporate and got no response so I was reassured it's not just 2 rude employees.... It's the company! This credit union doesn't work with other credit unions. We are paying for wire transfers, No thanks! My bank and MOST other banks do that as a FREE service.

  We've worked with Town & Country Credit Union on 3 mortgages and 1 home refinance, leaning into their financial and VA expertise to ensure we were getting the most out of our benefits and long-term investment into our home(s). We will use them again and again. I can't recommend them enough! Their service and attention to detail is second to none.

  As first time home buyers we had no idea where to start. Jocelyn Walz at Town and Country helped us organize everything we needed for our finances and made the process of obtaining a loan so easy! She never made us feel inept when we asked questions and she was great at explaining the process while walking us through anything we didn’t understand. Her responses to emails and phone calls were always prompt, and she was so flexible when we had some last-minute changes. We never once felt she was trying to make a quick buck off of us— she genuinely wanted us to be happy in our new home and was so patient while we searched for the perfect place. If you’re in the market for a new house we highly recommend Jocelyn to help with all your mortgage needs!!

  Renate was professional, knowledgeable and extremely prompt in all her responses in assisting us with our home loan. Moving is a stressful, crazy time and she was incredibly patient and helpful in making the transition to a new home painless and smooth. She patiently went through several different scenarios to find the best financial strategy for us and was always pleasant and cheerful to speak with. I would happily recommend her and Town & Country Credit Union to my family and friends!

  Great credit union and the people are wonderful to work with. My only complaint is how long it takes to get a call back. If you call to talk to someone you’ll usually have to leave a message. And you most likely won’t hear back from them until the next day.

  We worked with both Renata and Lisa during the construction of our home. They were absolutely fabulous in every way. They took the time to answer all of our questions and talk us through anything we needed their assistance with. Furthermore, they were always very friendly and personable!

  I've always had issues with your branches. Your latest system upgrade is the last straw for me. Disabled online and mobile banking all weekend and the 800 number won't go through when I need help. I found a different number for your help line and went from 2nd in line, to 1st, to 7th. Can't wait to bank somewhere else.

  The best financial Instatute I have ever worked with. I am always greated at the door by first name, treated with respect, and promptness. They have worked with me and my business when others wouldn’t. Ease of access to my money and the ability to move my money as needed with out restrictions is a wonderful thing!
