  Clayton Ryan did an amazing job of helping us acquire and purchase the land we wanted to buy. He informed us of all the things we have to do before buying the land. Any questions we had, we would reach out to him and he would answer our questions or direct us to who would answer our questions. It was our first time getting involved in buying a property, so we were grateful that we got a real estate agent that knew what he was doing, helped us with everything, and was an overall amicable and understanding person.

  Susan Peterson was my broker, and she did research on the market to make sure my home was priced just right to sell in a timely manner. When it came to negotiating the offer, she guided me to make an informed decision. I was happy, and so were the new homeowners. I would definitely use Beverly-Hanks & Associates again in my next real estate transaction.

  Reached out to this agency to tour a property while I was in town. Was informed you Sara that the property I was interested in was a cash only offer, which, of course, wasn’t mentioned in the listing. When I stated this shouldn’t be a problem they requested that I provide proof of funds. Being comfortable doing this to a group that’s a total stranger, I wrote back to clarify the requirements. Never heard from them again. The interaction was like a scam although I hope it wasn’t intended to be.
