Yosemite Sam5The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. The branch is close to the house so I don't have to go far. I had to make a change to our checking account to stop recurring service fees. I couldn't understand why this couldn't be accomplished online because pretty much anything else can. I had to go to the branch. Recommendations: Ascend, you need to fix that problem. Otherwise, I am still a satisfied customer! 😉

jeremy leasure5I've never had a problem at this location or any other location I have been to. I have been with Ascend for several years now and I don't have any complaints. No bank is perfect and that includes Ascend, but they have always done right by me. Highly recommend.

Sloan Stracener1April Joiner is so rude I will never go back to the Lavergne branch while she is working there. I dont see how she has a customer relations job. She has poor customer service skills. She made me just want to close all of my accounts with ascend and move my business elsewhere.

sha1They wont allow you to do anything online. Ive had my account for 6 months. Everytime i have to do something such as change a password or transfer money to another account, im told i have to come into the office. Extremely inconvenient. I will be closing my account

R3drum_ 6151Worst bank ever if your looking for something fast there not it there online system is trash and if you want to talk to someone personally you have to go up there banking without a bank is the worst idea hope it gets shut down

Betty Hornsby4Only thing i dont like they want release your money for a couple of days when you put in a big amount then they say they will release 200 that a lie it happen to me today still no release on the 200 said by the end of the business day they are now close
