  The employees at this location are helpful and friendly, but I don't really like that I'm forced to interact with a teller any time I need to make a simple, small amount deposit or withdrawal. Before moving here I primarily used the ATM for the convenience and lack of awkward interaction. Now I get to work my schedule around to make it there while they're still open so I can stand in front of a camera and have awkward small talk through a screen as I deposit under $100. I avoid this location as much as I can.

  I recently got an auto loan at a car dealer and they sourced it through Ascend. I really didn't think there would be a problem, but there is no online bill pay, you can pay by phone (only during regular business hours), but only if you're willing to pay a $10 fee, otherwise, you can cut coupons with a scissors and send them with a check via snail mail. If you're missing banking circa 1985, this is your place to go, otherwise, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

  Awful experience. Long waits to speak with an employee. You even have to wait to access their ATM since you have to connect via webcam to a live agent even for a balance check. The ATM also is not accessible 24 hours a day either. Employee was also dishonest about fees when we opened our account.

  Deposited a check for $1000 and they want to hold it for 2 weeks and now I can't feed my family. This credit union is a joke.

  Dont cash checks with out account and then wants you to wait to get cash.
