  James was such a pleasure to work with...highly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive!!! He explained things very well and was always looking out for my best interests. He will go over it again and again if you are having trouble understanding any part of the loan process, like me. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend James to every person I know who is in need of mortgage financing!

  James Asaro has now twice found us the very best interest rate and lender for our home refinances. And in case people do not really know what a mortgage broker does or how they get paid: James finds us the best mortgage option based on many individual factors and his services are at NO COST to the borrower. The mortgage broker is paid by the lender not the borrower!!! Working with James is easy; he promptly returns calls and patiently and expertly answers our many questions.

  James is a top notch guy! I came to meet James after trying to get a mortgage quote thru quicken loans. I was very Skeptical because I had so many phone call from Quicken. James offered to make a 3 hour drive to meet my wife and I to ease my mind of working with someone I had never meet. I would highly recommend James to anyone and everyone. James is prompt, noligable and very curtios.

  Best mortgage broker ever! I would give Asaro Mortgage 10 stars if I could. I could never imagine that the process of getting a mortgage could be so enjoyable. I was buying my first home, had tons of questions and concerns and was overthinking it and freaking out. I have heard a lot of mortgage ordeals from many of my friends and read hundreds of horror stories online, so I imagined mortgage lenders as someone who document and torture you to death. In the case w/Asaro Mortgage, this turned out to be the opposite of what I expected and the best part of my purchase transaction. James went above and beyond all expectations, supporting me every step of the way, returning my calls quickly and consistently, patiently explaining all the details of the process, and calming me down. James gave me an even better rate than was originally promised and got the loan approved in just 2 weeks!!!! In my case, this was extremely important because my seller insisted on a short mortgage contingency in the contract and I had to move very quickly to get the house. All bankers and brokers I spoke to previously told me that those terms were unrealistic. Any minor delay with a lender would’ve thrown me out of my contract, which made me hesitant to go into contract at all. James promised that he would be able to get me the loan on time and I closed even earlier than expected. If not for James, I would have never gotten the home I truly loved and wanted. Even my attorney, who has a couple of closings a week, noted that it was the fastest and most painless loans processes he’s seen in quite a while. I don’t have enough words to describe my gratitude for Asaro Mortgage, I wholeheartedly recommend James to everyone.
