Haley Rains1Literally the slowest arvest bank in Fort Smith. Even if you have just one car in front of you, expect to wait 30+ minutes until it's even your turn. Absolutely ridiculous. I've never had a good experience here. Drive the extra couple of miles and go to the one in Rogers Ave.

Paul Hollier5Great customer service "with a smile", by employees who seem genuinely concerned with making my experience as quick and pleasant as possible. Always friendly and smiling - not a robotic smile, but people who actually enjoy helping and doing a good job. Very efficient workers, so I'm always in-and-out quickly, even if there are a few people ahead of me. I always leave feeling like a valued customer, not just another account number. A special shout-out to Kayla Canada, David Berger, and Kerri Denny; for helping me get in-and-out of my safety deposit box in record-breaking time (compared to my previous bank) on several occasions, as well as for helping me connect with the person in charge of mortgages … who was not available, that day, but they insured that I had all the info needed to contact him/her, at my convenience, as well as making sure to get all the info from me, so that the mortgage person could contact me the next day, by e-mail, with info about getting a VA loan for my next house. Great service, done efficiently, and done right the first time! Color me 100% SATISFIED!

Cws1The location is convenient the bank is clean but the some employees are very rude and their charges have went way up throughout the years back when it was superior bank years ago it was so much better it’s the employees that make the business and a few are very rude and downright mean. Just my personal opinion :)
