      Good bank, they are always very helpful. The staff is always welcoming! They seem a bit understaffed at times, but the wait isn't too long. One of the best Bank OZK branches to go to in the Fort Smith area!!! Keep up the great work over there ladies!!!

      Nice bank, but some employees seem to not care about their job enough to genuinely help you with your questions and problems, reccomend they focus on customer satisfaction more and less on when their shift is going to end

      This Branch has lost so many great employees, it's just not what it used to be! Maybe if they would treat the employees better & be pay competitive they might stay... Mr. Gleason listen to the concerns of All employees, even the Tellers. The Tellers are the FACE OF THE BANK, THEY RUN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
