  WORST BANK IN THE FORT SMITH REGION. TELL YOU ONE THING WITH YOUR ACCOUNTS( SAVINGS OR CHECKING) IN DO SOMETHING THAT BENEFITS THEM NOT THE CUSTOMERS. CLOSING ALL ACCOUNTS WITH THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

  I usually do not give 1 star reviews, but I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I came in and talked to the receptionist Mandy who was very unkind and not welcoming at all. My husband and I have our mortgage loan through this bank and Linda is great. But will not get another loan through this bank because of the hospitality.

  I am still flabbergasted. I went into this bank and needed change as I had only 2 - $50 bills and was going somewhere that would be impossible to pay and them being able to break a $50. I thought, banks can make change, they have money. I was asked for my name and the purpose of breaking a $50. TO GET SMALLER BILLS, DUH!!! I normally bank with Citizens, but since I was in Fort Smith I was closer to this bank than Citizens family bank, First National Bank of Fort Smith. I definitely did WRONG!!! I had no idea that breaking bills was a crime in which they needed my name. If their intention was for me to never come back into their establishment again, this bank achieved an A+. I WILL NEVER GO INTO ANOTHER ARMSTRONG BANK AS LONG AS I LIVE. I am truly sorry for ruining your establishment that had ZERO customers there when this happened. Thank you for confirming I am banking with a better bank.

  This bank used to be really good, but has gone down hill. They lady I talked to about an overdraft charge earlier was extremely rude. I believe her name was Kay or something like that. I would advise anyone to not get an account with armstrong and look else for their banking needs.
