      I am blown away but the staff! Extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy! From the door being opened by security, to the smiles of all the tellers, it truly was a 5 star experience. I am honored to be banking with Arvest!

      Truly one of the worst banks I've ever been with. Employees and managers have no idea how to do their jobs. Took me a year to resolve an issue they said wasn't their fault when it actually was. Wouldn't recommend Arvest bank.

      This branch has such friendly staff! I felt like I was speaking to a friend, I didn't get the ladies name, I know it started with a J. Thank you for bringing back good customer service.

      I recently became an account holder- less than 11 days. I have had more difficulties in depositing and accessing my funds. There is a delay in getting my deposit and paying bills, their bill pay app takes forever to pay my bills and NOW- I deposited a check yesterday and they called and told me my funds would not be available until Tuesday! They are holding my money hostage- and their excuse is "well you are a new account holder". If this is how they treat new customers- I won't be a customer for any longer. I am NOT HAPPY!!! VERY INCONVIENT- ITS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW!!!

      Wonderful people, and a wonderful bank, yall have always been so kind to me and my mother. My mother has been with you for 15 years, myself for 5 or 6 years. These people on here saying that Arvest does nothing for their customers, that is a flat out LIE. Anytime I have EVER needed help with even the smallest thing, they have helped, no matter what branch. My home branch is McCain.

      Wanted to make change for $120. They asked if I had an account. I do and have for 20 years. They asked personal or business I asked why that was relevant. They said they charge businesses. I said my account is personal. They the said to make change they would charge. I said fine. They then asked what the change was for I said not relevant. They then refuse to make change. I am going first thing tomorrow to close my three account with you and take it else where. This bank never does anything for their customers unless your opening an account or getting a loan or CREDIT card. You may be the largest bank in Arkansas but I deal with a huge majority of your customers on a daily basis. I will tell them all of the transaction and the new bank I was about to switch to.

      Nice staff and no lines. Just the way we like it. We only go back there maybe once a year. We still love this bank. We have our mortgage through them as well and they are very helpful. We will use them for our refinance soon.

      I had two incidents with branch, first I went to get a money order for my rent and told her who to make it out to she told me she can't that which I know she is lying they have filled it out for me before, next I went to bank to cash a check and get some change, the mop top teller me I had to come inside, I never had to do that before why now
