  Opened a checking account on the 10th of Feb. As of Feb 19th still waiting on a debit card in the mail to actually be able to use the money I put in my account. This would be okay 15 years ago, but everything is done online or through mobile payment now. You would think they would have digital online cards or temporary ones until the real one comes in or at least have rush shipping on them. Why make your customer wait a week and a half to be able to use the checking account they opened? If I can order a Amazon package and have it be delivered the next day, I should be able to open an account and have a card within 3 days…

  mailed a payment to them from my payment book which had there p.o. box address and was returned to me by the post office. tried to call them on their number which was impossible to get in touch with anyone. I have mailed again to the same P.O. Box.

  I just moved to this area and have been with arvest for years and when I went in to get a new debit card they were really friendly. I was also very happy to find out they could make my card the same day instead of waiting for it in the mail unlike my previous branches in ft smith.

  This location is the bomb! They are so efficient, friendly and helpful. I love all the tellers. They do make a point to remember their customers by name and they even remember my little puppy Winston and ask about him all the time. I highly recommend this bank to anyone seeking a new bank. They have multiple locations across the state as well and that is a huge benefit.

  Worked with Marlon to open up a savings and checking account for my 17 year old. Very helpful, did a good job explaining the features of the accounts and how to access on phone and computer. Also, provided printed copies of everything before asking to sign the electronic signature pad. Very satisfied and will continue to recommend to family and friends.

  After my dreadful experience at Bank of America, I came to Arvest to speak to them about opening an account with them, I was helped by a wonderful man named Hunter, everyone was extremely nice and non-judgmental. The atmosphere was friendly.

  I like the place but Siri said it was on the right. It's on the left. Lol
