  the customer service from victor is outstanding, never left unhappy or unsatisfied. He is soo sweet definitely one of the best there. jorge is also wonderful.

  Very unhappy with Arvest customer service. I had a security breach on my checking account. My Visa debit card was declined yesterday and I could not reach their fraud department to find out what was happening. They're closed on weekends. This morning, I was given the run around by multiple employees at their call center and I also could not reach the local branch by telephone. Every call to every number of Arvests' diverts to their call center. Guess their customers aren't important enough to take a phone call from. I guess my retirement account doesn't count for anything either as I keep getting bumped down the line of advisors. I am very disappointed in Arvest Bank and will be looking for a new one. It's actually zero stars, but I had to select at least one to proceed with my review.

  Went to this bank today to deposit some money from work. An employee named Tanner not only didn't acknowledge us when we pulled into the commercial lane, until we pushed the button but ultimately left us sitting there. So we ended up driving off, having wasted time AND still had to go to another arvest to deposit.

  Went in to get a new debit card and problem was solve within 30 minutes, during I was able to solve other problems and time blew by that I recommend this Arvest bank want to help their customers! I highly recommend this bank!
