  Best best bestest customer service ever in the world. I visit them every morning and I’m always greeted with a good morning and a big ole smile haha. Absolutely best arvest bank around. They get me handled quick and precise and are always up to date with the current promotions. Kierstyn, Mason, Gabe are always ready to tackle my business down instantly without hesitation even when I’ve got a lot of change for them. Give these guys and gals a visit and I’m sure you’ll want to make a change of banks.

  Kady Barger did an excellent job helping me get some much needed to,documents to the right people.throw in free coffee and popcorn and smiles...this is customer service! To top it all of I left with a smile

  Deposited a payroll check on Friday evening on my way home and checked my account online and nothing there. Looked at my deposit ticket and was deposited to someone else's account. The branch was closed now I'm having to wait until Monday to get this corrected.

  If you have banking to do, GO ANYWHERE BUT THE DOWNTOWN ARVEST! For the 6th time in a row now, I'm sitting here over an hour while being ignored. I've watched 4people simply walk out. I don't think ARVEST realizes just how bad it is, and getting worse.

  Customer for 25 years at Arvest....Went through drive thru just to cash two 100 dollar bills to 20's......The attendant Becky in the window was reading a book and rolling her eyes that she had to wait on someone....She said she was going to have to charge me a fee to break a 100.00.......Becky needs to be reading customer satisfaction books or watching training video's instead of doing her own business on Arvests clock......May have to change banks.....was thinking of a refinance through Arvest but now will check others....
