  I received the worst customer service I have ever received from the supervisor Lindsay and some other terrible customer service agent at your Pensacola call center. They were so unhelpful. Why you guys hire these McDonald's value employees and expect a good product is beyond me.

  I got an overdraft fee on an account I don't use; when I tried to transfer money to that account, the mobile app was giving me an error. I was out of the state so I couldn't remedy the situation. When I contacted regions and offered the screenshot of the app error, they told me that since I had an overdraft fee waived in July 2017 (haha), they would not waive the fee. I've had a lot of trouble with Regions, but this is the final straw. Just opened a new account at another bank and will be closing my account at Regions. Avoid this bank.

  I really hate this bank, the only reason i gave it two stars is for the unfortunate people who have to work there. The fact that you cant get a person on the phone line within any reasonable amount of time shows just how little this company values people. You are an inconvenience to them to be shuffled thru a hilariously inept prompt system and when you get frustrated thats when the actual wait times start.
