  Artisan Mortgage is "best in class" in my book. Jim is always straight up with recommendations; no guess work or hidden agenda. When he says he can get it done, he does so. No eleventh hour surprises. And when it is a "good to go" , he and his team makes the refi or new mortgage happen expeditiously. A few simple e-sign docs and away you go. No chasing around calling for updates. You deal directly with him and always there to talk. He and his team are always available to answer questions after the process is done regarding the mortgage servicing. I recommend Artisan Mortgage every chance I get

  Jim Barry is a true professional, treating every client as if they are his only one. He handled my first mortgage and then 6 years later handled my refinancing in the midst of covid-19. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a mortgage broker.

  Wow! Amazing amazing service with this mortgage company. Nathaniel Pratt was always readily available to help us. In the midst of global pandemic, we never felt the pressures of the crazy market. Nathaniel even made it where we were able to close before our closing date. Again, in the midst of the pandemic he worked diligently to get us into our now home ASAP. He was so polite and never made us feel like we were bothering him (we called him a lot lol). Overall, the experience was amazing with this company. We wouldn't be happily sitting in our house today if it wasn't for Nathaniel working with my husband Sal and I so wonderfully. Highly recommended!

  Artisan Mortgage is by far the best company to have in your corner when it come to finances for home, loans whatever. Jim Barry is very knowledgeable, patient, honest, and will explain things in which anyone can understand. I wouldn't trust anyone else but Artisan Mortgage, and I would always recommend them to anyone.

  This was by far the quickest and easiest refinance we’ve done! Randi was so easy to work with and was great at explaining the information and keeping us updated about throughout the process. Our rate was better than other local banks and the closing was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend going with Artisan for a mortgage!

  My experience with Artisan was superb. Agent Jim Barry walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and got me an excellent rate! He was patient with the paperwork that I needed to provide to him and responded promptly to any needs or questions that I had throughout the process. He even showed up at my closing to make sure everything went through without a problem! It was truly a stress & anxiety free experience...can't thank him enough for his help and work! Thanks, Jim!!

  We had a bad experience with another mortgage company and I wish we had gone to Artisan from the beginning. Jim made us feel at ease and explained everything through the whole process.
