  As a first time homeowner I had such a great experience with Jet Direct Mortgage and Enid Adinolfi. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. You won’t regret it! My fiancé and I were so new to this but they are there to walk you through it step by step. Any questions you have, they are there day and night. I felt very comfortable and at ease with Jet Direct Mortgage. I had a great experience!

  Enid was great to work with. Always keeping us aware of everything that was happening, If we had any questions she was always available to answer. This was our first home purchase, we didn’t know much about the process, she made it very easy to understand the things we had questions about. Enid was extremely clear, thorough and patient as she guided my wife and I through the process. We’d give 10 stars if it was possible. Highly recommend!!!

  Enid Adinolfi offers Supreme Customer Service! I am absolutely honored to work with Enid for the 3rd time! She not only showed top service in 2015 and at the beginning of 2019 but has yet again done an amazing job of balancing the professional and personal parts of refinancing my home. She understands all the nitty gritty and treats you like family. She is also working with my family and friends.  She is top notch and an amazing person on top of that! Competitive rates, easy to follow process and no surprises! I wouldn't think of working with anyone else.

  We worked with Enid to purchase our home. There was no obstacle to big for her to overcome. She is amazing. She told us we would close and she did everything in her power to make sure we did. Enid will go above and beyond for you. There is no one I would ever recommend. If you want to get your new home closed call Enid! I highly recommended her.

  What a scam. Applied for a construction loan paid good money for appraisals, consultants, wasted a lot of time to be told appraisal isn’t where we need it. Have a nice day let us know if you need anything else in life. Went to a different lender no issue closing within a month. Appraisal wa a half the cost and right on the money. No extra fees. Extremely mad with this company.

  My fiance and I began looking for our first home in August 2019. Enid had us pre-approved in no time for us to begin the process! Enid was there for us every step of the way, teaching us and guiding us through the process that we were both unfamiliar with as first time home buyers. Enid kept us calm, sane, and made sure to get exactly what we needed/wanted in our loan and rate! We found our dream home and closed in March 2020.   There aren’t enough good things to say about Enid Adinolfi. My husband and I bought our first home and as first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and needed quite a bit of hand holding through the process. Enid answered all of our questions with patience and expertise, held our hands through every step of the process and also made us laugh (yes, she somehow even finds humor though a mortgage process, just one of the many gifts Enid brings to the table). She made us feel at ease through the entire experience - - and we did most of it during the COVID-19 pandemic! If you have the opportunity to work with Enid, do it. Besides being an absolute delight as a human being she’s also knowledgeable about every facet of the mortgage industry.   We LOVE Enid Adinolfi at Jet Direct Mortgage and highly recommend her to everyone! She really cares about her clients. She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She works 24/7, no matter where or when we were ALWAYS able to communicate with her. We had a short amount of time to close on our home and she stayed on top of everything and everyone!
