  Was told they closed at 9pm on 11/27/2020 by some punk kid, then if that's the owners kids please your kid and update your hours of operation. Ill make sure never come here. He answered with such an attitude that you can tell he did not want to work there.

  All I can say is it was definitely not the owner son. And it’s damn near impossible to find good help these days. But it’s your loss though because this is one of the coolest shops in town! I would definitely give it another chance all of the employees are not losers like the one that you spoke with. My name is Justin it would be great if you could contact me so I could find out who you spoke with and try to teach him the right way. On the 27th we had a late night window open until 9:30 PM. The sales floor was closed but we do pawns and payments at that time. I cycle through employees like underwear daily just trying to find a good one. Any suggestions? Have a wonderful evening we hope to see you sometime.

  Had a good feeling about this place and boy was I wrong. The reviews make me wonder now if the are all family/friends writing them or they are buying positive reviews. My wife and I stopped in to pickup some My Little Pony headphones we saw on OfferUp since they were new and our daughter loves MLP. Gave them to her only to find they were not new, did not work, and we're obviously not tested as the cord was all taped up! The ad clearly said new... misleading? Not worth it to return them so just out the money. My advice is even if it says new don't believe it as it has probably been used and repackaged. Not cool

  Excellent employees. Friendly helpful concerned and honest. This is the only pawn shop I would ever go to. Your day can only get better when you go to Arrow Pawn you will leave with a smile.

  Talked to Nathan the man! he answered simple questions other pawn shops couldn't like how much will u guys pawn a snap on tool box for he gave me a price range with no bs other pawn shops were so stupid to not even answer my questions to get my business well I know where I'll be going now since theres a pawn shop in the valley with some good customer service and I buy more than pawn lol!!

  The manager Bobby is great! He let me pawn my stuff for a good price better than the other big pawn shops. Definately worth the drive out here! I would recommend this place to everyone!

  I love Arrow Pawn ! I needed some diamonds for my mother-in-laws birthday on short notice, they gave me a deal i never thought I'd get anywhere, Im so happy with the service they were nice friendly super cool people i will keep coming back here, right in my neighborhood too ;) thank you Arrow Pawn <3
